The Record Box is a three story commercial building that features spaces to work and play in. The 19,000 square foot building is getting a full rehab after years of neglect.
BREWERY
On the first floor the Record Box will feature a brewery who will brew their own beer on site as well as have a tap room.
TECH OFFICE
The second floor will feature a state of the art technology office which will have a web design company and shared work space.
EVENT SPACE
The third floor will be an event space which will host a variety of downtown events, weddings, artisan markets, and more.
